Ms. Vannoni is a radiation therapist with years of experience auditing and working with radiation oncologists and their staffs.

Susan Vannoni, MS RT (R) (T), ROCC*
President, Radiation Oncology Consultants, LLC
Susan Vannoni is the President and CEO of Radiation Oncology Consulting. She performs audits of radiation oncology billing, coding and documentation procedures nationwide and has worked with Dr. Bogardus for a number of years. Susan has more than 35 years of clinical, management, and education experience in oncology and has served as the Director of Clinical Operations for an International Oncology Organization. Susan received her Masters Degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame, her Baccalaureate Degree in Education from Indiana-Purdue University and her Associates Degree in Radiologic Science from Indiana University. She is board certified both as a Radiation Therapist and a Radiographer.
Jeff Carlin, BBA, CMHP*
COO Bogardus Medical Systems, Inc.
Jeffrey Carlin is the Chief Operating Officer at Bogardus Medical Systems, Inc. (BMSi), and has been in that position since 2003. Mr. Carlin has spent his entire career in Information Technology. After graduating from Hofstra University with a BBA degree and spending some time in the Army, he operated his own computer consulting business for 30 years. During this time, he and his team developed a state-of-the-art hotel reservations system that was sold to a major player in the industry. He also consulted with Fortune 500 companies and the Department of Defense for a number of years. Since joining BMSi, Carlin has focused on the radiation oncology medical specialty and products that are directed at IT solutions for industry issues. He is also a Certified MACRA/MIPS Healthcare Professional (CMHP) and actively consults on that subject.
