The ONCOCHART Protocol Timeline
ONCOCHART uses a Protocol Timeline as a way of presenting procedures for a typical course of treatment
ONCOCHART comes preloaded with some timelines, each associated with a particular diagnosis. In addition to the pre-defined protocols, the physician has the ability to create protocols of his/her design. The entire staff can benefit from the creation and use of a protocol timeline. You can throw away your paper charge master!
As the course of treatment progresses, the Protocol Timeline will display procedures that have been performed or missed. This, in turn, allows the center administrator to show all procedures completed, missed and done unexpectedly.
ONCOCHART matches the Protocol Timeline against actual billing/documentation as they occur. This gives the practice administrator the ability to monitor and audit billings/documentation on a daily or weekly basis. Missed or unexpected procedures are thus immediately identified and corrective action can be taken without loss of revenue.
