Client Support Representative

 

Looking for a small team setting to deploy and support medical software? Ready to provide technical and software support and perform software installations? Want a company that you can grow with and grow within?  We are a growing medical software company seeking a customer support representative.

Job Description:  Receive calls from software clients, troubleshooting software/computer issues, and forwarding issues onto our development staff.  Installation of software on client sites.  (Some travel is required).

Job Requirements:  Must have good technical computer background.  Good interpersonal skills.  Knowledge of Microsoft SQL as well as networking infrastructures is a plus.
