Every charge is automatically validated against the full list of CCI Edits at the time of capture. If the validation produces an unfavorable result, the user is warned and shown any corrective steps needed.

     The Billing Manager uses the screen shown above in order to forward charges to the billing service. By pressing the “Transmit to Billing” button, the charges are electronically transmitted to any HL-7-compliant software.
