The price of the seminar is $1,200.00 per person. This price does not include airfare and hotel. The deadline to register, payment deadline and cancellation notice is listed on the registration form. Cancellation is possible up to one week prior to the seminar. After that, a refund cannot be provided but we can move you to a later seminar.
A special room rate of $190.00/night has been negotiated for the seminar. This rate is good through July 19th, 2010. After that time, rooms are subject to current rate. Contact Dare To Dream at (405) 917-0500 to reserve your room. A Continental Breakfast will be provided both mornings along with morning and afternoon break beverages and/or snacks. Lunch will be provided on Thursday, sponsored by ONCOCHART™ – a product of Bogardus Medical Systems, Inc.
